Had king room with a great shower, a midsized cable TV, for instance. Excellent location with private parking so close to downtown locations like the spokane arena, Cathedral, and airport and restaurants down town.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Firstly, the value for money was outstanding. The prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location right next to the railroad tracks. We were able to easily walk to everything we wanted to see and even attended a concert at a nearby venue. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The basic amenities provided in our room were perfect, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable.
All was great, no improvements needed.

I would say it's comfortable base for staying and exploring Spokane. The staff with excellent service. The location is best possible, 15 minutes' walk to Downtown Area. The restaurant attached makes freshly cooked food.
